Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of BringBack, provided by Gerard Serra Rodriguez (“we”, “us”). By using BringBack, you agree to these terms.

BringBack

BringBack helps you save links, text, and images and may organize or resurface saved content using contextual features. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any reminder, classification, suggestion, or enriched metadata.

Your Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for content you save, share, or upload and for having the rights needed to do so. Do not use BringBack in a way that violates law, infringes others’ rights, harms others, interferes with the service, or attempts to access accounts or systems without permission.

Accuracy and AI Features

Classification, extracted details, contextual reminders, place results, and AI-generated or enriched metadata may be incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. BringBack does not guarantee that reminders will be delivered, timely, relevant, or correct. Verify important information independently.

Third-Party Services and Links

Saved links, Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, Google Calendar, maps, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or services.

Accounts, Suspension, and Deletion

You may delete your account in BringBack Settings. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or to comply with law. Account deletion is subject to the data-deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

BringBack and its original software, design, and branding are owned by Gerard Serra Rodriguez or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of them.

Service Availability

We may change, maintain, suspend, or discontinue all or part of BringBack. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimers and Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BringBack is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gerard Serra Rodriguez is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BringBack.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
